Sarah Cafiero joined Custy Law Firm, LLC in September 2025. Sarah was born and raised in Northwest Indiana. After high school, she attended University of Indianapolis and graduated magna cum laude. She then attended Michigan State University College of Law, graduating summa cum laude in 2011. During law school, she completed an externship with The Honorable James T. Moody of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Indiana. She then clerked for a Northwest Indiana law firm and assisted with both criminal and personal injury matters.

After graduating law school and passing the bar exam, Sarah took a position with another local law firm, practicing exclusively in the area of personal injury. She worked there for nearly 14 years and was made a partner before leaving to join the team at Custy Law Firm.

Sarah enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters, exercising, watching her daughters in gymnastics, and rooting for the Spartans during college basketball season.
